I'm releasing all past trauma I've caused myself and others,self doubt, second guessing myself about every situation fear of moving away, all negative judgment of myself and others, fear of any situation. I'm releasing loving others more than I love myself. I release thinking I'm nothing without someone to luv me.
I release all person's, places, ands things that know longer serve me! I release all familia curses and sexual traumas that have pledged my bloodline! I release the spirit of procrastination! I release any fear or doubts lurking in the shadows that I may have missed! I embrace stepping into my POWER!
