Ascension blues!

Today has been a very annoying day! I mean we’ve been purging and weathering storms. We also got to experience the highs of the awakening phase as well got time to sit with ourselves and be around family“sometimes more then we’d like too”! Now it seems as if what we desire the most is so close one minute and the next minute it’s so far away. We are fluctuatomg just as the elliptical axis of earth. The abyss has opened and all of our shadows have shown themselves to us. Now what? I realize the oasis of what we desire disappears when we get close to it because we aren’t energetically prepared to receive whatever it is you want to manifest. Since we all know our spiritual team is here helping us like never before we should also know that anything that isn’t beneficial to you will not be allowed in your life to protect us from ourselves! Many of us want things we aren’t healed enough to keep. Let’s say you want a twinflame reunion but you can’t seem to love yourself when you aren’t at your highest potential, well your going to dish out that same hate towards them when they drop into depression or doubt. Especially if you feel like your pulling most of the spiritual weight to manifest and here they come with doubt ruining your plans. You’d probably start treating them like a co-worker you can’t stand or worse ! So today I realized my child’s demands and needs overwhelmed me to the point of exhaustion as I did my best to remain positive, work, edit, research topics for the show , plan dinner and all that fun daily stuff we have to do as responsible adults. My oldest daughter told me I was insensitive due to my abusive relationship with my moma, so now not only am I struggling to hold a high vibration but my mini me basically called out a shadow aspect I wasn’t ready to hear. Sometimes Source, the creator of all things will show you where you really are spiritually and energetically so you can adjust your expectations to be in alignment with your awakening. We get misaligned along the way so be on the look out for the messages

you need to get back in alignment.

Too high expectations lead to negative self talk and low confidence if they aren’t achieved, which leads to “Ascension BLUES” ! So ask yourself, am I being realistic or am I desiring things that I’m not ready to receive? If you see an area where the expectations are too demanding , reduce them. It’s okay to take one step at a time. It’s okay to not be the second sun all the time. It’s okay to be the storm cloud sometimes because we’re still human as we are becoming our god selves “I-DIVINITY”! If you’ve been overly critical and harsh in your self talk, add as many affirmations as the allegations you put on yourself. Practice self patience as you meditate on where you desire to be. When you meditate on the things that reflect your higher self, be okay with the time and the trials it may take to get there. The awakening isn’t an expressway, it’s more like a country back road that has twist , hills and curves that you never see coming . So take one step at a time, instead of hating how far it seems your desires are from where you are now, comfort yourself gods and goddesses and learn to enjoy the journey there. LETS RELEASE THE IDEA OF THE JOURNEY IS GRUELING AND LETS FOCUS ON THE BEAUTY YOU LEARN ON THE WAY!

It may take you a long time or not but AT LEAST YOUR OWN THE WAY THERE BECAUSE IF YOU CAN HOLD IT IN YOUR HEART, YOU CAN HOLD IT IN YOUR HAND! WE ARE HERE CROSSING THIS LONG, CREAKY BRIDGE TO AWAKENING WITH YALL, SO STAY ENCOURAGED! WE ALL GOT THIS!
