INNER CHILD WOUNDS, SELF MASTERY, ROOT CHAKRA TRAUMA!

INNER CHILD MASTERY

THE INNER CHILD LIVES IN THE ROOT CHAKRA!

  • Root chakra holds the foundation of safety and security .

  • As mammals, we need a support system and a tribe. This is why our species can’t leave a baby alone and it survives . Like the alligator or snake does. Support is very important, feeling loved and supported or the lack of support programs the root chakra

  • The first imprint of what love is begins with the root chakra aka the tribal chakra .

  • The first 5 years of a child’s life is in a hypnotic state . They are sponges , taking in a bunch of information.

  • It holds ancestral beliefs , curses , psychological programs , dysfunction etc.

  • it governs your legs and feet, it also governs your bones . Also it rules the immune system. Auto immune disease points to root chakra imbalances.

  • If we’re stunted in our root chakra development, we see the world through this chakra . We take on the beliefs and trauma of the family .

  • The first chakra is all about the body only. Children live through the 5 senses . The root chakra is the foundation of the physical temple .

  • Inner child trauma is always root chakra trauma

  • Trauma includes - all forms of abuse , negligence , dysfunction, parents that work a lot, racist , homophobic and relegious beliefs

  • The inner child is the playful , adventurous, child like , innocent qualities. In psychology the inner child is the unconscious mind programming from womb to 8 years old (this is my own definition)

WHAT CAUSES INNER CHILD WOUNDS?

Any kind of trauma , generational and experiences of any kind of dysfunction .

An Addictive personality is developed in the root chakra Including all addictions

Questions to ask yourself!

Did I fit in with the family ?

Did I feel nurtured , supported and cared for by them ?

Did I have a healthy relationships when I developed friendships?

How were my romantic relationships ? We’re they reflecting my trauma and dysfunction?

Do you have toxic love attachments ?

Refer to love attachment quiz by personal development.

The most intimate relationships like with twin flames and soul mates is very uncomfortable after the honeymoon phase. The lack of feeling safe makes it hard to be intimate for real ! We talk about this in our twin flame book!

Healing the root chakra -

  1. Meditation of the 1st chakra going into the earth and ground in the core of the planet ie Mother Earth

  2. Stumping actually grounds you, it also allows release of energy into the earth.

  3. Walking barefoot on grass and sand!

  4. Communication with your inner child. Allow him or her to play and have new experiences

  5. Use subconscious mind programming to reprogram the root chakra with voice guided meditations or I Am affirmations

  6. Remove toxic beliefs from your upbringing and generational beliefs . Watch Dr. Joy Degruy talks on post traumatic slave syndrome. If you have beliefs from relegion that are divisive and disempowering because we were taught to honor only God outside of self and Christ. Sit and denounce these beliefs while listening to Schumann resonance music or solfeggio frequency music .

  7. Script a new narrative around the inner child experiences.

  8. Forgive those that raised you AND YOURSELF. Using hopo opo nopo mantras are great for this .

  9. Reparent yourself by self soothing , be the parent to yourself that you needed.

  10. Treat your children the way you should’ve been treated to heal the wounded inner child. This may be difficult because the conflicting programs will tell you that your spoiling your child or the things your parents did like whooping you may suddenly feel like it’s the best way to discipline your children. This is a subconscious manifestation, so don’t be surprised if you don’t notice until your hitting them or about to hit them. Stop yourself, pause and ask you inner child , how did this feel to you ? This is a good opportunity to remember the way you felt as a child to help deter you from using the parenting skills of your parents

  11. Soul retrieval by performing a ritual of any kind that resonates . I like to use a candle to represent my inner child . I dress the candle with herbs of love and protection . Then speak to the wounded inner child. Let them know , EYE SEE YOU , I ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PAIN AND IM HERE TO HEAL YOU AND I’LL ALWAYS PROTECT YOU!

  12. Pay attention to your triggers and the way you respond . If you find yourself triggered , beginning to shout or become defensive and argumentative then your inner child is reacting to a PAST TRAUMA, not the present situation ! Dial down the anger and frustration by becoming self aware !

WOUNDS FROM PARENTS : CONSCIOUS PARENTING!

If you suffer from the Mother Wound you will experience the following problems:

(For females) constantly comparing yourself with, and competing against, other females

  • Sabotaging yourself when you experience happiness or success

  • Possessing weak boundaries and an inability to say “no”

  • Self-blaming and low self-esteem that manifests itself as the core belief: “There is something wrong with me”

  • Co-dependency in relationships

  • Minimizing yourself to be likable and accepted

  • The inability to speak up authentically and express your emotions fully

  • Sacrificing your dreams and desires for other people unnecessarily

  • Waiting for your mother’s permission on an unconscious level to truly live life

Mother OR FATHER Wounds are developed at a young age and are bound by the belief that “I was responsible for my mother’s pain,” and “I can make my mother happy if I’m a good girl/boy.” The truth is that we weren’t and still aren’t responsible for our mother’s pain – only she is. We also can’t make our mothers happy unless they truly decide to be happy. Yet unfortunately, as children we were not aware of this and on a subconscious level many of us still believe that we are the culprits of our mother’s angst. CITED SOURCE ~LONER WOLF WEBSITE~
